Basic Introduction

We will build an equity-like NFT offering and trading platform (aggregator), which will solve the following two problems:
1. NFT projects' lack of an effective economic eco-system and financial mechanism when NFTs offered in the primary market.
We are developing a new EIP framework to set all funds (operating cash) within its NFT community, bind operating projects to the community, and establish a complete community financial system for NFT project teams and investors.
The immutable rules of operating cash flow (including NFT royalty distribution and dividend distribution), as well as the community ledger account query function, make the project operation rules and capital flow rules invariant and transparent, and improve the confidence of community members's participation. Meanwhile, the NFTs possess the value of equity attributes.
2. Secondary market liquidity issues.
We are developing an new EIP framework to lower the purchase threshold of blue-chip projects, and improve liquidity by lowering purchasers' capital requirement. Also ERC-20 tokens will be issued to movivate participants to trade actively in the platform, since the core is transactions rather than simply BID.
